How do I sign up for a wholesale account?

If you are a retail store and would like to carry the Canvas line, please click the "Wholesale Registration" link at the top of the page. Complete the required information on the registration form and submit! We will review your application and get back to you within 1-2 business days with your Canvas Wholesale Login information. In a rush? After submitting your form, you can contact us during regular business hours (toll free) at 855.236.8020 and we will do our very best to expedite the process so we can get you shopping for your store (with our amazing wholesale offers) before you know it!

What forms of payment do you accept?

All orders must be paid with a credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

When is my credit card charged?

When you place your online order, we will perform an authorization on your credit card to verify that the funds are available. This authorization may place a temporary hold on the funds while your order is being processed. The funds are not actually withdrawn from your account until your order ships. If an order you have places is subsequently cancelled and not shipped, any funds which were being held due to the credit card authorization should be available to you within 2-5 business days, depending on your respective bank's policies. Please note, if you have a backordered item which has not shipped within a week of the original order placement date, we may need to re-authorize your credit card prior to the shipment. Of that item once it is returned to stock, to verify that the funds are still available. If your credit card is declined or has expired, we will contact you to update your payment information. Unfortunately, we are unable to hold items more than 48 hours from when a credit card is declined. If we do not have a valid credit card within 48 hours, the items on your order will be returned to stock.

Is my credit card information secure?

Yes, for your safety, we encrypt all credit card information during transmission and storage so your data remains private and secure at all times.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

For standard, in-stock orders, our warehouse team strives to ship your purchase within 1 business day. For standard ground shipments, most orders are delivered within one week. However, during peak seasons (immediately following large gift markets), your order will ship within 1-3 business days. Backordered items usually take 4-6 weeks.

What shipping carriers do you use?

All orders are shipped via UPS. *Note, UPS does NOT ship to P.O. Boxes.

How do you calculate shipping + handling charges?

Shipping + handling charges are calculated based on the weight, box dimension and destination of the shipment. If you prefer expedited shipping for your order, you may select from UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air or 3-Day Ground Select. Expedited shipping + handling rates are calculated by UPS based on the weight, box dimensions and destination of shipment.

How will I know you received my order?

Once you've submitted your order, a confirmation page will show a summary of your transaction, including your order number. You may choose to print this page for your records. An email confirmation of your order summary will also be sent promptly to the email address associated to the account. You will receive a subsequent email when your product ships, including tracking information (if available).

How do I know if my items are available for immediate shipment?

If an item is Out of Stock, an inventory status will appear as a message in the shopping cart. Estimated delivery time for backordered items is 4-6 weeks.

How do I cancel my order?

To cancel an order that's already been placed, you must call our Customer Service department at 855.236.8020. Please note, orders that have already shipped can NOT be cancelled.

What if one or more of my items is on backorder?

We strive to maintain inventory on our products, however, if an item is backordered, you will see a backorder message in your shopping cart. We will ship your order with all available items, and leave your backordered items open if they total $40 or more. Backorders under $40 will automatically be cancelled unless otherwise specified. We will ship your backordered items once they become available. Shipping + handling charges will be applied to all backorders. Backordered items are usually available within 30-45 business days.

Do you ship oversees?

We currently ship in the US and Canada. If you would like an order shipped to another overseas destination, please call our Customer Service department at 855.236.8020, or send an email to info@canvas.jewelry to request more information. We regret that we do not ship to PO or APO boxes at this time.
